Given the unpredictable nature of our lives right now, it can be helpful to view practice as an opportunity to take refuge. When we commit to a consistent time/day to connect with ourselves in this way, this decision supports and allows us to relax into something deeper. And when this process unfolds in a community of fellow practitioners, we create a collective container that holds space for supportive relationships to grow.
